What's the best breathwork exercise while you're grieving?
Hey there everybody. I lost my 92 year old neighbor to pancreatic cancer today. I'm not sobbing yet, and I know death is a part of life, and that she is no longer in pain. But the heartbreak remains (for now). LMK please what you do when you're grieving. Hope to breathe with y'all on Sunday. Thank you

Sorry for your loss bro. However, Feeling is healing, I suggest deep belly breathing for a bit to stretch, warm, and loosen up the gut. Then expand into full diaphragmatic coherence breathing until you feel a shift in you. I’m sorry again for your loss, death really sucks. There is a deeper truth in the breath though if yah listen. The sound of your breath expresses the very name of God known as the Tetragrammaton YHWH. Whether you inhale through your nose or mouth, the sound your breath makes is the consonants YH. The exhale on the other hand makes WH. It sounds like “Yah” on the inhale, and “Weh” on the exhale. Point is, God is always with you, my brother. He lives within you and is your very breath of life. He will always guide and direct you when you take the time to consciously connect. I like to set the app on the Coherence mode and go into deep prayer mode inside myself. I’m never disappointed after. Agape love brother 💗😇🪽
