I loved McCall’s lesson on charisma hacking and wanted to share my notes. Feel free to drop yours as well in the comments. 👇🏼 YOU ARE MEANT TO BE SEEN! People want to buy from people who are themselves. Model your charisma after the right people. Find your voice. Charisma looks different for different people. 1. Identify Your Charisma Style- Take time to assess which of the six styles fits you best. 2. Audit Your Content- Reflect on whether you’re using the right charisma style in your videos and presentations. 3. Reframe Negative Feedback- Reject past criticisms that caused you to suppress your true self. 4. Practice Authenticity- Begin creating content that feels natural and aligns with your style. 5. Commit to Growth- Lean into the process of finding your voice, knowing that success is closer than you think. There are 3 different charisma styles. 1. Entertainment style 2. Compassion style 3. Authority style The secret is inside of you, you just need to unlock it. Use the right charisma style. Eileen & Joe Sound Bite Bit, bit, bit, declaration all pointing to the center of the X. ✔️Story- In first person, “I”. ✔️Shift to “You” - your purpose is to tell their story not your story. Make your audience feel it. Have you ever felt? ✔️ “I”again ✔️ Back to “you” ✔️ Make your point Audience will say…. Audience believes 3% of what you say and 97% what they say. ✔️ They (an enemy or opposition ) Make them angry- create emotion about the new belief. The opposition gets the whole audience aligned! I against them. Tweetable repeatable Don’t make this mistake- must create desire. Framework: Hell ➡️ Offer ➡️ Heaven Do you know when… tell their hell. Always say, “YOU”! How would you like me to tell you…. Offer Say the hell and the heaven through the stack.

Trial Closes- Get them to say “yes” though out your presentation. Ex- “ Are you getting it” Ex- “Wouldn’t it be Great if …” After saying yes hundreds of times by the end of your presentation they’re used to saying yes. 🙌🏼
