Mike Stanton here. Happy to join the group. I live in San Luis Obispo ca. and I’m in the restaurant business. Currently cook for both work and pleasure. Love cooking anything with open fire/smoke. Current equipment; 2 500 gallon offset smokers 125 gallon offset Yoder pellet. Smoker Big green egg. Old hickory smoker Argentinian live fire table. Always looking to learn something new and improve.
