Which “small detail” matters most for you?
Most guys don’t lose points because of big mistakes… they lose points because of one tiny detail that quietly screams “I didn’t finish the job.” If you had to pick one detail that makes (or breaks) the whole look, what matters most? Vote - and drop in the comments why you chose it. Bonus: if you’ve ever been called out on one of these, tell us which one got you.

@Bernard Jones Weren't we talking about dirty shoes being what mattered most? How did that turn into me being stuck?
WINNER for the "Turning Point" Challenge 🥁🥁🥁
Gents - this challenge was a blast! We had so many transformation and turning-point stories shared, and every single one was inspiring in its own way. Seeing you guys show up, reflect, and take action is exactly what this community is about. Now… for the winner 🥁🥁🥁 🏆 WINNER: @Sean Kavanaugh Sean’s turning point started with years of feeling limited by his size — wearing looser clothes to hide, tailoring only for length, and cycling through “progress… then back to old habits.” Then life changed the trajectory. He stepped into a new chapter, started carrying himself differently, and eventually hit the real wake-up call: About 18 months ago, he woke up with his knees hurting and decided, “Enough is enough.” He committed to keto and consistent workouts — and that kickstarted not just weight loss, but a complete style evolution. What changed for Sean: - He’s down 75 pounds, with another 15–20 to go - Fit became the priority — not “whatever works,” but “what actually looks sharp” - He rebuilt his wardrobe intelligently (thrift + resale + tailoring) as his body changed - He leveled up so much that in December he bought an off-the-rack suit that only needed a hem — not a full reconstruction And the best part? He didn’t keep it to himself. He posts consistently, tracks his progress, and credits the community for helping him feel more confident in who he is — and where he’s going. @Sean Kavanaugh — we're proud of you! Everyone else: keep those stories coming in the community feed. This is how we build momentum — one decision, one upgrade, one win at a time!

Last Year’s Wins 🎉 This Year’s Focus 🎯
Gents, before we move too far into 2026, I want you to pause and look back intentionally. 1️⃣ Last Year Wins What’s 1–3 wins from last year you’re proud of? Doesn’t have to be massive. Progress counts — consistency, discipline, better decisions. Style upgrade you stuck with? A fragrance you finally made your signature? A watch milestone, collection refinement, or learning moment? A habit you strengthened, a distraction you cut, or a standard you raised 2️⃣ This Year’s Focus What’s 1–2 goals you’re deliberately committing to this year - not wishing for, but committing to? Could be... Sharpening your personal style as a form of self-respect Building a tighter, more intentional fragrance rotation Becoming more educated, patient, and disciplined with watches Showing up with more consistency - physically, mentally, and professionally Raising your standards in how you present yourself to the world Drop your wins and your focus below. Let’s build on what worked. And cut what didn’t!

Hey Quitter!
Did that word hit a nerve? Hopefully, I didn’t trigger you too badly 🙂 So we just passed "Quitter's Day" - January 12th…. It’s the day most people abandon their New Year’s resolutions. Are you part of the 80% who’s already given up? Well……here's the plot twist Quitting can be a GREAT strategic decision. Toxic relationship? Quit it. Your business been losing money for 15 months? Quit it. Quitting isn’t always a failure. Sometimes it’s the right thing to do. But yet if someone called me a quitter….well I’d tell them to go fu…. themself 🙂 The reality is our cultural obsession with “never giving up.” can get us in trouble. So when to quit? Well, thankfully decision strategist Annie Duke has a simple 3 step formula: 1. The future benefits don’t outweigh the costs. If the payoff down the road isn’t worth the grind, why keep grinding? 2. Your “kill criteria” have been met. Didn’t hit your benchmarks or timelines? Time to move on without guilt. 3. The game has changed. If new information makes your original plan irrelevant, pivot like a pro. Does that make sense? I explain it more in detail here in my video: Click here to watch my short video on When To Quit vs When to Keep Going But what if you DON’T want to quit? What if you’re going after something that really matters to you? What if this year is THE YEAR you become the man you know yourself to be? Well according to research these are the five things that keep successful men on track: 1. Clear Direction. A “Vivid Vision.” It’s knowing exactly where you’re headed—and why. 2. Supportive Community. Ever noticed how much easier group fitness or team sports feel? Winning cultures create winning mindsets. 3. Step-By-Step Plan. Let’s be honest, nobody wants to overthink the process. Give us the blueprint, and we’ll execute. 4. Accountability. If you don’t do what you need to do, who are you going to disappoint? Having a coach & peers checking in on you often forces you to show up and step up.

All the best, Antonio. Adding the touches for relevance without trendiness for the mature man will be my goal.
