Hey everyone my name's Demetrius I'm a girl dad first and foremost with 11 years coaching experience across all levels currently coaching high school varsity girls. Im a practitioner of CLA coaching methods. Big fan of yours Danny I've been watching your training videos on YouTube and think your stuff is great. I'm excited to dive into your content in the skool platform. Looking to switch my focus to some summer training sessions for a few of my graduates who are returning from college ball looking to get some summer work in, and also training my daughter for the summer in between stops at the ice cream shop (shes 8 lol).
