The #1 Lesson I Learned Sitting 1-on-1 with Russell Brunson
I flew to Boise Idaho to directly ask Russell Brunson some burning questions and this is my biggest takeaway. I'm about to do something major.. Something I've never talked about.. But have already started working on.. It's going to help everyone reading this.. And combine everything I've learned and done as a marketer.. Along with everything I've learned and done as a software developer. And bringing it to life is both the most exciting and terrifying thing I've ever endeavored to do. (And yes, I'm doing it.. I've already got an alpha deployed to the cloud) (And no, not some vibe coding back end that could disappear overnight.. a real cloud platform that's been around for 15 years) One of the biggest questions I have is around how to keep what I have going while simultaneously starting something new. And I can't think of anyone I know who brings more ideas to life than Russell Brunson.. So I asked him. Here's what he said. Get someone to be you. Launch it, get it into orbit. Then put together a leader and a team to keep it going. The first time he did that and it really stuck was OFA and it ran for over 4 years. So when you're building a new thing.. have someone in mind, and, ideally, bring them along and build it with them. That way, when it's time to turn attention to something new that's pulling you, there's no dip in quality. Great advice, huh? So now my focus will be on finding that someone who I can plug in and keep the quality high for all of the DFY funnel builds we do so we can continue to bring Linchpin to life for all of you! Then I can bring this new product to life.. So excited! 🚀 - James
