It’s easy to have an idea. Hard to start. Harder to stay consistent. I remember hosting our very first Speak Your Way to Cash® event back in 2019. We had 10 people in the room. Even with ticket sales, I still remember wondering, “What if no one actually shows up?” Fast forward to now… Yesterday, I kicked off our Your First Corporate Offer Tour. And in less than 72 hours of launching this thing, we were 90% sold out. Within a week, 5 of the 6 cities were sold out—organically. No massive ad spend. Just consistency, real results, and a message that’s finally catching fire. Today, I’m shifting gears. I’m throwing my daughter an American Girl doll party and surprising her with a family birthday bash—complete with Skye from Paw Patrol. She came with me to work yesterday, but today? It’s all about her. And here’s what I want to say to the woman (or man) still building: It gets easier. Not because the work changes—but because you do. You get stronger. More clear. More confident. You stop questioning whether you’re “doing too much” and start realizing you were always called to do more. And more doesn’t have unto crush you when you’re in flow and it’s your purpose. I’m finally in a season where I can lead the team, launch the offer, do the tour, and plan a party for my baby girl using nothing but vendor posts on IG—because I’ve learned to flow with it instead of fight it. We didn’t have a perfect show-up rate. We’ve got minor content tweaks to work out. But we showed up. The team crushed it. The vision moved forward. To those just getting started: Focus on activity goals. Not just revenue. - Did you pitch today? - Did you post today? - Did you follow up today? - Did you give value today? Or, if you’re resting today - were you all in and present for that? That’s the work. And if you keep doing it—consistently—the results will come. I don’t take this growth lightly.
