Slow Down to See
Meditation is part of my work for a simple reason. Most of us are moving too fast to actually see what’s going on. We’re reacting, solving, pushing forward, but not really noticing what’s underneath it all. Meditation slows things down. Not to fix anything, or become better but to just see. To notice the thoughts running, the tension in the body, the patterns that keep showing within. This brings up things you do not want to see and it will be uncomfortable. This is the first step. From here, something can begin to shift because you’re finally in contact with what’s true. And when you can be with what’s true, without immediately trying to change it… This is where real change starts. When you actually pause… what’s there?

Makes sense why you're so grounded and understanding... Beautiful. For me, when I actually pause, what shows up first is usually everything I’ve been avoiding by staying in motion. Not even big things sometimes, just subtle tension, pressure, or thoughts I’ve been overriding by keeping busy. And it’s uncomfortable at first, like you said, because you realize how much of your day is spent reacting instead of actually being aware. But once I sit with it, something interesting happens, clarity starts to come through. Not forced. Not analyzed. Just… there. And I’ve noticed the same pattern that when I don’t immediately try to fix or change what I’m feeling, it naturally starts to shift on its own. That’s been the biggest realization for me: Most of the “noise” isn’t something to solve, it’s something to see. I appreciate you bringing this up, because this is the kind of work that actually changes how you move, not just what you do. Have you noticed certain patterns that tend to show up for you consistently when you slow down like that? 👀

@Brad Weyant Praying more blessings upon you along your journey, my brother.
What will you gain?
Ever thought of what you'll gain when you get to that next level? For me, it's the beginning of a life-defining chapter, a sense of pride for not giving up on my goal, and a sense of expansion into who I'm meant to be. How about you?

🌍 5 Years Ago I Started… Here’s What Actually Changed
I still remember when I first started my agency, WRLD Creative. I said yes to a client… And if I’m being real, I had no business saying yes at that level yet. I didn’t fully know how I was going to deliver. I didn’t have systems. I didn’t have a team. But I had conviction. So I figured it out. I’d get off a sales call and then spend HOURS (most times all night) learning, building, testing, just to make sure I could actually deliver on what I promised. That was my first year. And looking back, it was messy… but it built something in me. It taught me how to move without waiting to feel ready. A couple years later… things looked “better” on the outside. More clients. More deals. More money coming in. But behind the scenes? It was chaos. Everything depended on me. If I slowed down, everything slowed down. If I missed something, things broke. I remember thinking…“This isn’t freedom. This is pressure.” That’s when I started taking systems seriously. I began documenting everything. Automating what I could. Building processes so things didn’t rely on me remembering everything. Same thing happened with WRLD Acquisitions. Closing one deal is exciting…but closing consistently? That takes legitmate structure and a system. That phase changed everything. Now, where I’m at today feels different again. It’s less about “How much can I do?” and more about “What can I be doing to create more impact?” Because I’ve taken calls that paid well… but drained me. Built things that worked… but didn’t feel aligned. And that’s a different kind of cost. So, now I move differently. I’m more intentional with: • Who I work with • What I say yes to • Where my energy goes Because I’ve learned the hard way that growth without alignment eventually burns you out. If I had to simplify everything I’ve learned into one path, it would be this: Year 1 — I learned how to move Year 3 — I learned how to build Year 5 — I learned how to choose And the truth is…

@Max Krenke That’s real bro, I appreciate and respect your transparency 🤝And honestly, 4 months is the beginning, even if it feels longer when you’re in it every day. The fact that you’re aware you’re still figuring it out is actually a strength. Most people either rush the process or pretend they’ve got it all dialed in. Right now, this is the phase where you test what works, where you find your voice as a leader and where you start understanding your people on a deeper level. It might feel slow but, I'll confess from experience, this is where the foundation gets built. If you stay consistent through this stage, the structure part comes way easier later. You’re not behind at all. You’re right where you should be and you're doing incredibly well, my brother. Real question for you, though. What’s one thing you’ve noticed is working in your communities so far that you can double down on?
What are you grateful for today? 😊
I woke up today feeling extra amazing and was so grateful for an amazing sleep! 😴. And today my grandson comes to visit and so grateful for this. When my mind is shifted into a state of gratitude the world is a brighter place! What are you grateful for today? No matter how big or small
