Hello everyone! I’m new to the group. I’m very knowledgeable in the dispute to sue process. I will only be providing information under Tamiya’s (Owner) directive.

Does anyone in this group have any questions about charge-offs or anything else negatively affecting their credit? I know suing these banks and finance companies may be scary, but I can assure you that when you have submitted a proper dispute and have those before and after exhibits. They will be dancing to your beat. Let me or Tamiya know what y'all need help with. We do not want to be gatekeepers, and the only ones here getting settlement checks.
