Solving the Sales Funnel Struggles We’re Facing in 2026
Hey everyone, I’ve been seeing a lot of posts lately about challenges with funnels—low conversions, leads dropping off, or feeling like you’re spinning your wheels with ads. I get it, this year’s market has shifted, and the old “set it and forget it” approach just doesn’t cut it anymore. A few things I’ve found helpful for overcoming these issues: 1. Audit your funnel step by step – Check where most people drop off. Sometimes the fix is as simple as rewriting one headline or adjusting a form. 2. Focus on nurturing, not just selling – Many funnels fail because they try to close the sale too early. Adding value through emails, content, or mini offers builds trust and boosts conversions. 3. Test everything, but test smart – Instead of changing everything at once, tweak one thing at a time and see how your audience reacts. 4. Keep the experience human – Even automated funnels should feel personal. A small touch like a personalized email or live chat can make a huge difference. I’d love to hear what’s been your biggest funnel struggle this year, maybe we can brainstorm solutions together. Funnels aren’t one-size-fits-all, but sharing what’s working (or not) is how we all level up.

@Ann Knott Glad that resonated! I usually start with opt-in rates, if people aren’t signing up, nothing else matters. Then I check engagement before looking at sales. When deciding what to fix, I go for the biggest drop-offs or easiest wins first, small tweaks that move the needle fast. The rest can wait.
The “Fear of Launch” Confession
My biggest delay in launching wasn’t tech, it was fear. I kept “tweaking” instead of publishing. Finally launched something small last week, and the feedback was humbling. Curious, what helped you finally push publish?

The “Finally Got It” Post
I used to think building funnels was all about flashy pages and clever copy. But recently I realized, it’s more about the clarity of the offer than the tech. Anyone else had that “oh wow, it’s simpler than I thought” moment lately?

@Helmi Laine That's correct

@Benjamin Harris Yeah, totally. For me, it was realizing I was cramming too much into one funnel, too many steps, too many messages. Once I stripped it down to one clear promise and a single path to take action, conversions actually went up. Crazy how simplifying can do more than adding more stuff, right? What was the biggest clarity shift for you?
Reminder, Russell is Signing Copies, Nov 6 🔥
If you saw Success Magazine's new issue, you know it features Russell Brunson on its inaugural Legacy Issue. 🥰This is so exciting & well deserved. Russell is signing Live & Oline, & then mailing copies out to the first who sign-up (cost of mag + ship). 🔥 This is history, and it's so fitting for Russell to be one this Legacy Issue & starting the series. 🧡 Secure your signed copy - I have mine of course (and I bought one from Barnes/Noble - my messy copy). Go to Secrets of Success website (secretsofsuccess.com /success) to sign-up & if you want to stay for the Unboxing, go VIP. [You will have to type out the link 😄- didn't want to post, even tho it's not an affiliate link 😊] Don't Miss This 🧡🧡

That’s amazing! Seeing Russell on the Legacy Issue feels like a win for all of us who’ve stumbled and kept going. I grabbed a signed copy too, feels special after all the trial-and-error days. Definitely worth checking out on the Secrets of Success site. 🧡
Selling online - New Student
Hello Everyone! Greetings from LA Crescenta, California. I am brand new in this. Anyone has any practical experience in building landing page for your products or services offerings? What tool is easy to use? Thank you. Have a blessed day 🙏

Hey, welcome! 😊 So glad to see you here. I was actually curious about the same thing not too long ago, and I reached out to someone who really knows their stuff when it comes to building landing pages. They walked me through a few simple tools like Systeme.io and ConvertKit, both are beginner-friendly and great for testing offers or products without getting too technical. If you’d like, I can connect you with the person who helped me, they explained everything in such a clear way that it finally made sense. Would you like me to check with them for you?
