Does anyone have advice on the best way to approach expired listings? I’d love to start reaching out to these homeowners and hopefully turn some into listings.

Scheduling showings now takes me minutes instead of a half hour 🤦‍♀️ Maybe you guys are ahead of me but I just figured out I can have chat gpt tell me what times I should schedule my showings for instead of me using my brain to figure out start times factoring in drive time in between. Hope this helps someone!
