Hitting a Wall!!
Today hit me hard, I’ve been licensed for about 6 weeks, nothing in contract yet. I’ve done like 40-45 videos. Posting like crazy. Open houses every week, having as many conversations as I can, I feel like I am getting close but looking for a little motivation or guidance. I want to be successful and I will never give up to get there but damn I am working so hard. Any advice? lol. Love always!!!

@Gee Montenegro That is the good thing I have going for me, I don’t need the money from Real Estate to be comfortable or to pay bills. I can take my time doing things RIGHT and build my SOI without the stress. I hit a wall because I needed advice on how to move forward to be successful. I feel like I am doing things right because I almost secured 2 half million dollar deals this past weekend. But mine will come. Consistency and patience is key.
