Love this question! First, I would end every face to face conversation with a question leads to talking about renting and buying. No matter where I am going . Gym, grocery store, gas station. Secondly, Send out a mass message to every single person I know in my life and tell them, hey! I just became a Realtor. Please let me know if you ever have any questions about buying or selling. Third, Surround myself with the right people, the agents who I want to become in the future. Lastly, Don’t be lazy, get out and about and talk to people as much as possible. Be a sponge and ask questions. Content and open houses are a must to me starting out. Let me know what you think!

@Trenton Miller that’s actually the one piece that I have been working on. I focused half of my day today catching up with potential clients I haven’t spoken to in a little while. Finding that one thing that is holding them back.

I’ve been working with this family since August of last year. We’ve toured countless homes, and FINALLY, went under contract last night ‼️ To top it off, we close in 2 weeks & the builder is offering an additional bonus for April closing. 💥
