Something I do differently in Facebook though--I go into Facebook groups and find questions people are asking whether they need a realtor or if they're asking about things to do and asking about neighborhoods, I will comment and dm people from there and that gets me leads! And I always think "value first" in my comments and messages and no strings attached vibes. I have a seller lead right now that saw my response on another person's question and they messaged me regarding listing their house once they finish their floors! Pretty cool !

I really love the music. It matched the vibe of the first picture. I think you could've done away with the second picture. I would like to see more things about you and every 1st and 5th rhythm count of this song, you could have the text synced with the music popping up on the screen. So on ONE you'd have the first text... hold it(2,3,4)... then text switches on FIVE, hold it (6,7,8), another new text ONE. I'm not sure if that makes sense, but if you were to count the beats of this song, the rhythm sounds like quick sets of eight. So you would count one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight... ? 🤣 you see? On another token and honestly more importantly.. I wasn't sure of the purpose or what audience you were looking to reach. What I perceived is a proud post of a being a military veteran that is a proud dad. But I wasn't catching the vibe of you introducing yourself as a realtor. Thank you for your service by the way! 🙏
