Are there any other PA multifamily students in here? Still looking for my first deal, central PA

I started in June but had some life events that limited my time in this course. I have 16 SFR doors in MO, IN and OK. I am looking to expand into MF. I live in San Diego. I finally did the regular website course, but realized I missed the memo on the Skool course. I am not able to get into the Skool course... it shows them locked. If anyone's interested in owning in Laredo, Texas, I have an eight Plex that performs quite well. My partner on the deal, lives overseas, and has been going through some major major health issues. He recently reached out and asked if we could sell it so we can have a little less on his plate and if I'm being completely honest, eight units in Laredo is a little out of my normal range and I like the bandwidth to manage it without him. I'm putting together the numbers and the deal now, but just wanted to get a general idea of who might be interested in taking down this deal?
