I appreciate the feedback @Todd Thornton and @Donna Thornton , and this may sound odd, but my engagement rate is an organic rate. Outside of the benefit of being promoted by Skool, I could run incentives for engagement, but is that the goal for this community - I wonder? My premium community is starting soon, I get growing that. What the data is showing us in AI Bits and Pieces is organic engagement from the content. In short, people like the way I explain AI, especially as beginners. As part of my consulting service, I provide free AI education to all employees free via AI Bits and Pieces. One client has over 100 employees in my community. Therefore, I am very careful about running incentives, product promotions, hard selling of books, etc. I also don't offer in AI Bits and Pieces may "make money" methods, education, etc. I suspect that drives allot of interest. My target audience is people looking for a trusted source for the AI Curious, AI Enthusiasts, and AI Practitioners. I am not targeting builders, agencies looking for sales advice, or enterprise AI services - this is what my premium community and consulting agency offers. The goal is to have higher quality conversations and build relationships. I have 10 very dedicated members, all with different skills, that contribute to comments and posts on occasion. In addition, AI Bits and Pieces brings accomplished community owners that specialize in Claude Code, Intellectual Sovereignty, AI OS, AI Sales, (like @Muskan Ahlawat), etc. AI Bits & Pieces is about helping people in life and in business adopt AI with confidence. Food for thought. Open to feedback.
