Best AI Tool - I am never turning back!
So you know every now and again you find that AI tool that just actually feels like it has a huge impact and there is literally no learning curve. Well, I found the one. Whispr Flow This tool allows you to simply speak to your PC or laptop while it transcribes your speech live in text. According to their research, this is three to four times faster than typing. When you spend as much time on emails and ChatGPT or Claude as me, I think in the last month I've must have saved at least a full day of typing by now. Grab the desktop version, get the free trial and if (or rather when) you love it, it only costs like $7 a month :)

Glad you were excited by this tool Molly! Let me know if you have tried it in a few days. And yeah its super accurate, even does well in a slightly noisy environment. Happy to show you more game changing tools with again no learning curve!
Anyone else noticing clients asking for “AI automation” when they actually just mean simple process cleanup?
Had a discovery call yesterday where the client thought they needed expensive automation tools, but honestly they just needed: - better SOPs - fewer approval steps - a cleaner CRM Feels like “AI” is becoming a buzzword for operational chaos sometimes 😂

Coming from an AI automation architect - this is very true. Messy data in = messy output !

@Tessa Franklin I help VA's to navigate the world of AI automations. I am happy to share some of my insights and to see if I can help you in any way to either Automate internal processes or how you can actually offer AI Automations to clients who are in fact ready. Send me a message and let's share some knowledge 🙂
Okay kinda nervous to ask this but… how are you guys actually finding your first clients? 😅
I’ve been learning tools like ChatGPT + Canva for a few weeks, made a sample portfolio, but when I go on Fiverr/Upwork it feels sooo crowded. Do I just keep applying or is there a smarter way? I feel like I’m missing something.

Agreed with @Miles Vaughn - I am actually here not as a VA but someone assisting VA's with AI Automations and smarter use of tools like Claude for internal and client work. I show up with Authentic advice on and only try to help VA's in this community. What are your preferred target market/s and where do they hangout online? :) PS: I am also new on Upwork. Being traine by a master, some tips: 1. Record a quick Loom video or Boom Share video on every application. Just share that you are super excited by this post. You're definitely the person for the job. Quickly share something in your portfolio about what you can do and send it off. 2. Try to do three to five a day for a month to just get that first job, maybe the second job, and then the work becomes a lot easier.

Going to come in slightly off beat to what others are saying - Gamma.app (create themes to match company CI) and then export to Google slides. probably 3x's speed and crazy good designs / infographics done by the AI.
