Did 17500 steps holding my daughter walking around the house because it was raining! She’s about 25 lbs so it was a good workout for sure!
Happy Saturday
Good morning all. Where are you all from and what are your weekend plans?

@Tom Morris oh that’s wild. It rarely rains here so it’s actually pretty nice when it does

@Tom Morris it was going to be chatGPT driven…talk with it…share philosophies and ideas you have and enjoy the conversation and occasionally ask it to make a kids story based off of certain desirable premises and see what it comes up with. I did it and wrote a tooooonn of material I should publish that’s good but I thought…man I need to publish first on Amazon and get the whole process down before I pitch it

@Tom Morris hey awesome!! It’s a good feeling to do it even! It can help create some pretty great content that’s inspiring even!
Happy Friday boxers
I am currently writing up a plan for the classes I run on Fridays at the gym- I like to make my fighters classes as intense as possible by absolutely destroying their legs so they have to work harder while sparring- so should I fill the session with burpees or squats? Which of these two horrible exercises would you find the worse?

burpees are harder but squats are harder on the legs in my opinion! If exhaustion is the goal burpees if leg exhaustion is the goal then squats!
Welcome to getting through the rounds
Come in and say hello with a friendly 👊 lets start with a quick warm up exercise- what's the one exercise you always avoid and why?

@Tom Morris if I go 5 mph I usually end up killing myself and not coming back for a bit or resting and getting a 4mph pace anyway so I tried a 4mph pace and it went well for me so I’m giving that a try for consistency’s sake.

@Tom Morris would you be frustrated if I made accountability posts in the community? And if not would you want me to keep it in one post and just comment my progress?
