Day 4 check in (2 new things to think about)
you can check in here if you want. Today was awesome considering I’m getting sick. I have to admit my ego does not want to show you guys that I’m sick. That’s very immature I know lol. The call went great. When you guys speak up, other men begin to open up. Let’s keep this going. I have 2 new ideas I want to incorporate into the challenge. A third would be @Kellen Dorsch idea on having a minimum. A non negotiable management realistic goal that you have to hit. This means not checking off the entire list but having boxes that HAVE to get checked. Here’s the 2 ideas: 1. When you mess up on this challenge. You have to at least tell a friend you trust and respect. Tell the group is even better. You can message me privately if that’s all you can do. No judgement. 2. Years ago when @Brok Weaver did the Daniel fast, which is what this challenge is loosely based on, he said you can not tell anyone. That’s why this group is so important. It’s a safe sacred. Place where we can discuss this without ego. I think the lesson is to try and discern whether or not you are telling someone to help them or help yourself. That make sense ? Check in or comment below

Not going to lie I had big plans for this challenge. Had a list of things I was giving up only to realize that I was setting myself up for disappointment and failure. My main objective was spiritual clarity so I started with a fast, no nicotine no caffeine (coffee & Energy drinks). That included my morning coffee which is the biggest kick in the ass. But thinking about Daniel I realized he still had fruits and vegetables just not the bad foods from the King's table. It might seem silly but I chose to keep my morning coffee and then maybe a decaf if needed but no energy drink or energy packs. Also cut my 2 a days in the gym and walking in half so I don't overdo my body. Staying hydrated and prayed up lol. Also, AB you were 100% correct about grabbing for the phone, I was watching a show with the family and noticed I would keep reaching for it during commercials. So I switched the phone out for a dumbbell. Hahaha, I started the journey in April so each month I've been slowly giving up distractions.
Today😤
I wanna know how everybody doing today👏🏽 Me personally not a bad day nor the greatest either but I never complain I’m alive and that’s always good. Tobacco still kicking my a** it’s almost like I’m not even fighting back I’m trying to find that switch within myself to say I don’t want this anymore and quit cold turkey I’ve quit worst things cold turkey there’s just something about this tobacco that pretty much runs me Besides that I’m doing pretty good could use a million dollars but that’s another story Anyways how you guys doing?

Gave up tobacco many years ago, I know the feeling. The hard part for me was giving up smoking tobacco and still smoking weed (I have given that up as well). I wish I had an easy answer to help, but honestly, you have to keep telling yourself that you are stronger than the urge. Nicotine pouches are one of the items I'm abstaining from this month so I'm right there with ya brother! Lol
Day 1
I woke up this morning and really needed to change my state and get connected. So I took probably 1 hour hot shower doing breath work and finished with an intense prayer. I prayed for strength for our entire group. I’m feeling the power. Lindsey made some low carb high protein breakfast food that makes it a little more gentle going into this hard 30 day fast from pleasure. Don’t forget to check in daily here in the group. Delete social media apps and free yourself. I’m here to support. Join the 30 day challenge WhatsApp text group here. https://chat.whatsapp.com/E1UQQrj3AJq6zqpFozHpw6?mode=wwt You’ll need to download what’s app. Drop a comment below to get some momentum going homies. We’re off to the races baby.

Never hurts to start the day off with a solid prayer. Although I may not know all of you by name, rest assured that I'll be lifting you in prayer throughout the month!

[ NEXT STEPS: 1. Introduce yourself below and why you are here. 2. Go to "Start Here" in the Classroom (See "classroom" tab above) ] I hope you’re ready for an adventure brother. I've been on a journey and I’m excited about sharing it with you and watching all of us grow together. This is a place where we can sharpen our skills and be held accountable. You’re driven like me or else you wouldn’t be here, and whether you have been in a fight with another man or not, you intuitively understand the importance of it. A year from now, you will be a different man. We’re on the same path, some of us at different stages and w slight different details but it’s amazingly similar. Once you see the way, you see it in everything. Let’s continue down this path and figure out the way together. Welcome to the warriors order. NEXT STEPS: 1. Good Evening Gentlemen, hope everyone is stoked for the journey ahead. I’m ready to upgrade/level up my mind, body, and spirit. Looking forward to the next 30 days. Friends call me Ponder. I’ve been a fan/follower of AB for many years now. I’ve been apart of a few of his bootcamps in the past. Once I saw his video on the 30-day challenge, I felt that I needed to take part in it.
Next discipline challenge & some news !!!
Men, You have ONE DAY left to get your mind right and eat shitty if you must you filthy animals lol. Novemember first we start a new discipline challenge. Not just a diet, not just a sober october, and not just a dope detox.. More than that. A reset of the soul.. or better yet, a purifying of the soul. Get ready to learn so much about yourself and what spirit is leading you to do. Take it day by day, start with your main chains but be aware of anything that your body is pulling you to do. Let's get Clear... sober mind body and spirit. NEWS & UPDATES: 1. For this challenge, we will be starting a what's app group chat to stay connected. You will still be encouraged to check in here in the group. The what's app is for added accountability and a reminder to get back in the group. You'll be deleting your social media apps so what's app and skool should be easy to keep up with. 2. From now on, New Members will have to reach level 2 "scout' before they can get in a small focus group. This is to make sure they are here engaging and want to be part of what we're building first. 3. Watch out for bots/fake accounts or anyone messaging you about anything other than the work we are doing here. We don't message you and ask you if you're interested in "online marketing' lol. That's not what we do here. This community is not about selling things. This community is real, it's the most real thing I've ever been a part of. Use common sense and use your heart. I LOVE you guys, don't get taken advantage of. We're doing what we can to keep out these leeches. go here to make your November commitment. https://www.skool.com/thewarriorsorder/unchained-30-day-abstinence-challenge-comment-your-commitment-your-why comment below if you want us to message you and get you on the whats app text group.
