How are these photos for grid posts? I like them, but they might be Facebook worthy

Story worthy, yes. Grid worthy, no. Photo 1 your aperture was too low and shutter speed was too slow which makes the background look like a painting rather than a photo. Photo 2 is really well composed but not really evocative. Nothing about it says, "wow." It's a good photo but not a special photo. Photo 3 has too much trailing space when you should have had leading space instead. Plus there is too much headspace in the shot. There is nothing behind you or above you that you are trying to show and only half a horse ass in front of you. Plus it looks like you are kissing the cactus behind you.

I hired a photographer a few months ago for a photo shoot and despite explaining to him how I wanted the photos and showing him examples, it turned out pretty badly. I would like to hire another one. Sounds like you need to source a better photographer. Do a screening of your photographer's portfolio to identify their experience. Most portrait photographers will focus on body shots and close ups but should be able to understand the instructions that your background is as important as you. Let them know you are using your outfit and location to tell a story of your status. Source out a photographer that specializes in natural light, outdoor photography. They should also have street photography experience if at all possible.

Never copy other guys strategies
You should never copy other guys' strategies. Even if they have great results. To avoid rejection, always ADAPT what you learn here, to apply locally in your city. People in different places will respond differently to the exact same stimuli. For example, you'll see 99% of people here advising against posting mirror selfies. I'm against them as well. But when I did my research locally, watching the stories of guys in my city that have the results I aspire to (with networking and women) - boom, these guys are posting mirror selfies. Always adapt. By trying to 100% copy others you're not only staying behind, but missing out on countless real-time real-world opportunities

Start with what works for others and then alter them to fit your own goals. Starting from 0 is almost never the correct answer. Rip-off and duplicate works fantastic for every aspect of life.

@Breno S Totally get why you'd disagree and I agree you should understand the principles of why they work, but rip-off and duplicate is literally how I built my business, my gym routine, and my dating life. 🤷♂️ For business I copied the exact routine my old boss had and just did everything he did better and faster. For gym routine I literally took at PPL routine from a PT. For dating I literally copied my strategy from a pick up coach. I understand why they work which is why they work without alterations.

Money is fast, easy, or simple. Pick one. If you want money fast it's going to be hard and complicated. If you want something easy it's going to be slow and difficult. If you want something simple it's going to be slow and hard.
