Curious to see what is everyone’s schedule for intermittent fasting. Do you guys do the usual eat for 8 hours, and fast for 16? Or eat for 4 hours, and fast for 20?
Depends on a few things. Im currently cutting right now. I have 2 meals within a 6 hour window on lifting days between 2 and 8pm and 1 meal between 6 and 8 pm on rest days.
