Celebrating the closing of the Rainbow Cove Apartments (42-units) in Corpus Christi, TX, here with the former owner, his wife and the property manager. Closed on another 12 units today!!! Started MFS 1 year ago with only one small single family house, bought my first 9 unit in March and now this latest acquisition brings the total to 22 doors (soon to be 23 once we finish adding a 10th unit to the 9 unit building). Thank you Christian for your mentorship and friendship. Could not have got here without this great MFS community!
