Good morning everyone! My name is Keith Furtado. I'm 23, based in Edison, and working on my first two flips right now and working on building a lead gen pipeline to support my flipping business and potentially wholesale the rest. Background - Worked at a few developers and syndicators as an analyst and last worked in construction management to get a more hands on feel for the development and renovation process. My goals: Scale flipping business focusing on the lead generation side and gap financing aspect, build my capital to eventually roll into multifamily which is inefficient to improve operations and BRRRR, to get to a point where I have the capital and cashflow to support my goals of eventually developing large multifamily.
