Whats up Everyone!!! Believe it or not ive been marketing my deals through tiktok and ive had some pretty good success having builders reach out to me for more info Does anyone have a land deal locked up that would like to JV? Let me know if you have questions!!

I recently closed another deal my 5th one actually you know how Rick says if you close 5 then you’re officially a reallll wholesaler! I’m posting this to get out of the woodworks and help others and also to learn from others that are a few steps before me!! 𝗜𝗠 𝗟𝗨𝗕𝗕𝗢𝗖𝗞 𝗧𝗫, 𝗔𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗘𝗡𝗘 𝗧𝗫, 𝗠𝗜𝗗𝗟𝗔𝗡𝗗/𝗢𝗗𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗔 𝗧𝗫, 𝗔𝗠𝗔𝗥𝗜𝗟𝗟𝗢 𝗧𝗫! • slow motion is better then no motion! •practice what you preach! •stick to one-2 marketing strategies for a few months or at least put enough volume and track it to be able to make a good decision if it’s working or not! •utilize other wholesalers. Don’t be greedy ask for help! •get up early and stay consistent- not consistently inconsistent! Do the same thing everyday don’t switch up the hours put in every week and don’t switch up marketing every week!
