Some people say Christmas is actually one of the best times to call because it is when your sellers realise the difficult situation they might actually be in. Others say the opposite respect peoples holiday time. What do you say?

Be real with yourself for a second. If a deal landed in your lap tomorrow, would you be ready to close it? Not excited. Not motivated. Ready. Do you know: How to comp it confidently. Who your buyer would be. What your follow up plan is if the seller says “let me think.” What your next 3 actions would be. A lot of people are chasing deals. Very few are preparing for them. I’ve noticed something. Most people aren’t stuck because of lack of leads. They’re stuck because of lack of structure. When a lead shows up, it feels overwhelming. So it gets delayed. And delayed deals quietly die. Execution exposes the gaps. That’s not failure. That’s feedback. So here’s the question I want everyone to answer in the comments. What is the ONE part of the deal process that still feels confusing to you right now. Comps. Talking to sellers. Follow up. Finding buyers. Contracts. No judgment. If one person answers honestly, ten more are thinking the same thing. Let’s talk....
