Any online Yin ☯️ Offerings?
Does anyone teach an online Yin Class? Broke my ankle 2 months ago and just had the cast removed and it was suggested to slowly begin again. 🙏🏼🪷

Anyone teaching 7 Doorways Flows?
Anyone teach the 7 doorways vinyasa flow style classes? Anyone teach it online or live? I just cancelled a couple of yoga subscriptions and I’m ready to try some new ones.
