I’m Mel, from Sydney, Australia. I’m grateful to be here with all of you 🙏🏼💜 I first started my journey with breathwork just after I had my daughter and was struggling with sleep and anxiety. I found it incredibly powerful and helped my nervous system relax during that time of my life, mainly practicing alternate nostril breathing. A few months ago I had a severe infection in my lungs, also going through a lot of grief, struggling with PTSD & anxiety. Nothing was working to help heal my lungs and remembered I had saved a post about breathwork on Instagram. I felt like this was a new start for me in being able to breathe in fully again, breathe in new life after going through a challenging few years. I downloaded Coherence and signed up for the year making a commitment to myself that I was going to breathe myself back to health. It feels like my safe space & such an enjoyable part of my day now I look forward to & exploring the different sequences with frequencies. My lungs have healed and I feel a steady calm no matter what challenges come up and a new level of trust in myself & my body to heal. I’m also in a more consistent exercise routine that my body can handle for the first time in years. I love joining the daily sync with you guys, amplifying the benefits & being part of something bigger that raises collective consciousness. It’s brought a greater meaning to my day and life, to pause for five minutes, sending prayers & love to the world and all of you on the sync.
