@Brandon Beauchesne-Hebert thankyou, yes It was ok, will see how my energy levels go through the week. I'm a dog walker too so I'm constantly on the go but try to eat well throughout the day which definitely helps, I used to be in a rut of not eating for the entire walks...... I always felt so sluggish then would eat a huge meal when I got home and then feel too uncomfortable and just unmotivated.

Hi everyone, just joined the community, hoping to get some inspo for this new to me Calisthenics journey, I enjoy the gym and hiit circuits and some pole fitness, but due to injuries I've lost lots of strength and fitness. Hoping this can help me improve and become less injury prone ♥️ much love

Week 4 progress
At the end of week 4, this is where I am at with L-sit both on the floor and on paralettes as well as elbow lever. Both are feeling more comfortable and hopefully are looking better than week 1?
