Sunday... Reset
Still struggling with sleep and actually struggling with eating enough this week. Definitely feeling exhausted. Also didn't get all my steps in—three things to work on for next week. Some victories that are maybe different: I made my bed every morning, I journaled for 10 minutes every day, and drank all of my water. Drop yours in the comments!

It was a struggle to get all my steps in this week. And my chronic pain has been unbearably high last few days. But I got all my water in and I have been on point with my food intake

Something I've noticed on this journey that I am SUPER proud of. I am no longer living to eat. Now I am eating to live. I NEVER thought I would ever in a million years be able to say that, especially as a binge eater. But I've been binge free since November. I DID THAT
Sunday reset
For me, Sunday is the perfect day to look at all my wins from the previous week and build on that momentum. I also like to look and see one thing that I can improve on. I'd love to hear your wins and what you'll be looking to improve on next week.

This week I broke through a minor stall! I've also been hella on point with my step goal. I need to improve my weekend water intake though
