I had a vacation this weekend but stayed very dialed. How did everyone do this weekend?
SLEEP
Hello Was wondering what everyone tried for sleep. I take dsip, selank. ran epithalon. i can go a weak with caffeine and still the same no sleep. I take like 6 over the counter tablets at night still nothing. DR gave me prescription meds my wife { a nurse for over 20 years } said they should knock my butt out me nothing. Been different doctors they think i lie about it. Wife say he is not lying about this and no he don't take naps during the day. All my blood work always come back perfect. I do real good if i get 4 hours a sleep a night and that is a good night. It use to not bother me until the last year or so since i am getting older or it is finally telling on me. I have always at least 80 hours a week when i was the millwright at the saw mill UNTIL i got messed up. Reckon 15 years all the hours got use to no sleep all the time. Every since then i been this way about no sleep and it is bothering me. THANKS FOR ANY HELP

@Jamie Pitt here's where confession happens if you've already done a glp it's generally going to feel stronger enough... also something like reta also speeds up metabolic rate making you seem hungrier.
