"Act as the person you wish to be and you will become him." Never wait until you don’t feel anxious or nervous (it won’t go away unless you make it)! Act as if you didn’t feel that way- and the feeling goes away. Manifestations, visualisations and affirmations are all bullshit… Compared to just acting the way you wish you felt like acting. This requires some discipline and imagination… But I promise that the next time you decide to do something, If you just ask: “If I do this, will I be prouder of myself?” You can’t go wrong. Only do the things your future self can be proud of. Remember that you are self-made ((but only the successful will admit it).
