The #1 YouTuber in the world spends 10+ hours brainstorming the first 15 seconds of every video he uploads because he discovered the first 15 seconds are the biggest predictor of how many views a video gets.

I wanted to see what he says in his first 15 seconds so I transcribed every Mr. Beast video that made it into his 50 most viewed.
