This 1 mistake kept me at $0 for years
I used to think getting clients was just about having the right offer. So, I kept tweaking, changing my niche, rewriting my bio, and coming up with a new angle. And still, there was nothing. ❌ No one liked my posts. ❌ No one commented. ❌ No DMs. Nothing. And man, it sucked. I’d spend hours making content, researching ideas, creating thumbnails, etc. I thought my problem was my niche. I thought my problem was my content. I thought my problem was my offer. Turns out, my problem was none of those things. "Is my niche wrong?" "Maybe I should just give up and try something else?" "Why is this working for everyone else but not me?" I was trapped in this cycle of constantly changing things but never actually sticking to one thing. And then it finally hit me… The problem wasn’t my niche. It wasn’t my offer. It wasn’t my content. The problem was 👉🏻 confusion. Nobody knew what I actually did. Not even me. I was trying to be different from everybody else instead of being crystal clear. The second I stopped trying to sound unique and got 100% clear on: ✅ The exact problem I solve. ✅ The exact person I help. ✅ The simplest way I get them results. Everything changed. Suddenly, my posts started getting comments. People started DMing me. Opportunities started showing up. Not because I had a cool offer. But because people finally understood what I did. If someone saw your content for the first time today, would they instantly know what you do? If not, then it's time to make it so clear, a 4th grader would understand you in 10 seconds. ~~~~~ I hope this helps :) Learn from Ted and the team. ~~~~~ What's your offer?👇

AND we need to define what "qualified" even means. I'm not making millions online, but I know I'm at least 1-2 steps ahead of someone that could benefit from being coached by me and my team.

@Alf Marcussen always with the amazing energy ;)
My first successful testimonial!
I'm so excited and happy to share that I have my first successful beta client that created a testimonial video for me! I'm so happy that I was able to help her, and I'm happy that she was willing to create a video about it! I just posted it to my about page which I think will help boost how many people join my community and eventually want to work with me 1:1. Thanks Ted for that wonderful advice! I can see how compelling it is.

I made a comment to an amazing Skooler and felt compelled to share it with you all. Hopefully, it will serve you if you feel stuck and feel like nothing is happening no matter what you do. Story time, Before I became a dad, back in 2022 I was unemployed, and @Liv Nilsen worked full-time so that I could build our coaching business. The truth was that now, I get more shit done than I ever did back then when I had all the time and energy to build. And STILL now, with less time and energy, I was able to make this happen. It all boiled down to ONLY doing what moves the needle forward and sprinkle in fun stuff. Example, Think about filling a jar with rocks, pebbles, and sand. (I'll explain what it means later) Most people start with pebbles, some sand and MAYBE a rock in there. The thing is, sand is energy and time consuming, exactly the same as the pebble and rock. BUT The sand activities are more FUN: Creating a logo, building a website, changing your profile bio/banner 100x times, reading books, watching business videos etc. FEEL GOOD But barely moved the needle, and then there you are at 7pm feeling exhausted and wondering why nothings happening. What changed for us is that we always fill our weekly jar with ROCKS: - Following up with people. - Network with dream 100. - Create posts where your ICA hangs out (Ideal Client Avatar). Etc. Me and Liv, wrote down EVERYTHING on a piece of paper (phone works too) what we think needs to get done to make money with our business. Then we categorized into 3 ROCK (1-3 most important) PEBBLE (daily activities) SAND (not important, ideally remove) This what's helped us :) (Old photo pre-viking hair)

✨️Ted (& team) Appreciation Post✨️
@Ted Carr you're doing life-changing things for so many people. And thanks @Belen Rivera for helping us with our program. ~~~~~~~~~~ I'm a toddler dad with 2nd baby coming this summer, and I'm working full-time while building. I've been on a unquenchable path to build an online business that no traditional career could. I am doing this to become a present parent, something that mine never were able to be. To build a strong next generation. To inspire other parents that they CAN do this. To make little Max... proud. I've been in the online business space for more than 5 years and have made so many mistakes. Before becoming a dad, I'd haphazardly show up and create content and avoid doing the things necessary to have a profitable online business. I'd SAY I wanted to be successful. But didn't do the things necessary. Most of the time I'd feel stuck and paralyzed, because I spent most of my time consuming youtube videos and reading books. After becoming a dad, everything changed. I couldn't and wouldn't show up inconsistently. It was much easier to get things done. Now it's a non negotiable to win. I can't live with the traditional idea to work 9to5 and barely see your children and wife and only have a couple of hours every weekend. I know that soon I WILL hit $100,000 months and have a kickass team like yours to help me and @Liv Nilsen take our vision to the next level. I know that GRATITUDE for what you already have, what you've accomplished, and who you've become along the way is super important. It's easy to get stuck looking 2 feet infront of your feet and completely miss how far you've come. Keep moving forward. If we could make money online while I work full-time, wife being pregnant, and a 2 year old toddler running around and STILL make $997 within 30 days with a new offer. SO. CAN. YOU.
