Hey how are we doing, Who else been 'Rey'ving nearly everyday since you have found his channel. I think he realy is unique in comparision to other wisdom'ish channels. It the unmatched perfection of unseriousness, humour, deep insight and relief. Dont know if im putting this in good words, since im a fast typer and less of a texting thinker.

@Avasin Agony Deffinitely! Easy to digest and remember. Some of his wisdoms he shares with us are so well telled, that I sometimes screenrecord certain moments, that really stick to me

Low vibrational surroundings
How would you deal with an unemphatic alcoholic parent In a way, that they dont lower your vibration. Well maybe they dont have anything going on with you, but still always being surounded by that behaivor, how to not make it influence one?

@Avasin Agony Hey, first thanks for your time and energy to help me, I am gratefull. Currently im slowly getting in the right direction and I will stick to the tipps you gave me, doing breathwork and maybe listening to music while falling asleep deffinitely could be helpfull. Have a nice week
