Hey all, in session 1 I was knocked out with man-flu in bed, with my camera off, I wanted to share why I joined but I was feeling terrible at the time, as I've been doing the work sheets and exercises, I thought I'd share here, my motivations, this is part of the sheets Mike has given us.

Relaxator - The best breath resistance trainer I have found on the market - here 2. Breathe Right Strips (or other brand nasal strips), Amazon or Pharmacy 3.
