11-hour drive to Maine with the family today. Vacation’s on. But the mission don’t stop. Woke up at 5AM. Laced up. Banged out 30 minutes of fasted steady-state cardio. Kids were still asleep. And I’m doing what I said I was gonna do. Because that’s what men do. We lead. We provide. And we keep our word, not just to everyone else but ourselves. Day 38. Top abs are starting to pop again. Protein Protein Protein!
Almost a week in and I’m finally figuring out how to hit my protein goal! I’ve been making better food choices and closely following my macro recs. I thought I was eating “healthy” before, but it’s so eye opening when tracking food intake. Excited to make this a permanent change!
