Almost a week in and Iโ€™m finally figuring out how to hit my protein goal! Iโ€™ve been making better food choices and closely following my macro recs. I thought I was eating โ€œhealthyโ€ before, but itโ€™s so eye opening when tracking food intake. Excited to make this a permanent change!
