Objective - A sustaining trauma therapy business (referrals and network) measurement - I have had 100 clients sign a contract and enter into at least 1 session by the end of 2026 - getting consistent referrals from happy and satisfied customers -  my conversion rate is above 25% for my sales - I will be able to client discovery calls, and write a pay-for results contract in under 30 minutes by March 2026 - Putting out Weekly video content on Trauma therapy and related topics vision - The experience will be educational, challenging, engaging - learning sales, marketing, communication, content creation, trauma therapy instructing - speaking, navigating paradigm conflicts. - I will have a smooth, robust system for client relationships, tracking, and confidential information - I will be able to work from anywhere, and powerfully create new clients on discovery calls.  - I will be working 4-5 days a week in a relaxed, systematic manner Key Milestones: Identify 5 different pathways for generating qualified leads - Certify as an ISPS trauma therapist - Sept 2026 - Certify as a peak states therapist - ~May 2027 certain # of clients by a certain date: - 30 clients by April 2026 - 60 clients by August 2026 - 90 clients by October 2026 - 100 clients before christmas 2026 Be a lead EFA workshop facilitator by certain date - March 2026 3 - Actions: - Complete 16 hour Psychiatric disorders course by Dec. 31.  - Ask to co-lead workshop - December 2026 - Create a plan for each case for how to teach/lead  - Create a list of contingencies - what could go wrong - Dec. 19 - Put it in powerpoint - Dec. 19 - Ask daniel or michael to do a rundown help - Dec. 14 4 - Rewards Bigger Rewards: - Buy an Airdidge Medium Rewards - Spend time preparing music - Go out Dancing - Buy new clothes Smaller Rewards: - Go for a sauna - Go for a hike - Meal out with a friend

Hey guys! I have been in paid coaching with Manu for the last 6 months. And a lot of growth and forward momentum has helped me gain grounding…. beyond my belief and understanding. But, a lot of stubbornness and unconscious things have come up. On my end. A lot of my personal protective mechanics have been in the way of growth. On my part. I have a few ideas of where I could go. But, I keep moving goal posts. I wouldn’t normally ask.. but, I could use some support in figuring out what I could personally work on in getting the best support from my time and money spent. I would like to really internally, spiritually and practically grow beyond my limitations this year and could use some brotherly help. I feel pretty exposed and embarrassed asking. But, I have a sincere motivation for change. if any of you have energy to help id appreciate the help so I could take it back to coaching to sharpen it into change. Thanks Reid George
