Looking for some guidance.
Hey guys! I have been in paid coaching with Manu for the last 6 months. And a lot of growth and forward momentum has helped me gain grounding…. beyond my belief and understanding. But, a lot of stubbornness and unconscious things have come up. On my end. A lot of my personal protective mechanics have been in the way of growth. On my part. I have a few ideas of where I could go. But, I keep moving goal posts. I wouldn’t normally ask.. but, I could use some support in figuring out what I could personally work on in getting the best support from my time and money spent. I would like to really internally, spiritually and practically grow beyond my limitations this year and could use some brotherly help. I feel pretty exposed and embarrassed asking. But, I have a sincere motivation for change. if any of you have energy to help id appreciate the help so I could take it back to coaching to sharpen it into change. Thanks Reid George

I have been a bit of a recluse. I’m honesty… trying to figure out things alone. I’ll give this contemplation. And try to share a plan soon to get some feedback and support. If any of you in this becoming brotherhood would like to talk and share some ideas back and forth to get the ball rolling I’d be open to that.

Project Explanation and Follow Up

This is brilliantly articulated. Thank you to you both Reko and Manu! This covered many important topics I currently struggle with daily. In matters of trying to struggle alone with my vision and direction and my lack of experience asking for support. I can really see the importance, energy and gift you are both offering in these many situations - opportunities. THANK YOU! I am honestly going to need to listen to this a few times. I am currently stuck in my own solo, lone wolf stories I feel stuck with... But, coaching 1-1 with Manu has really given me many opportunities to have a broader outlook at these blocks. I often feel very blessed to have the tools and support at these blocks door step. It’s hard to put myself out there in front of others in a group setting even when I know and trust them. I really appreciate you both for giving such an effort to this community and vision you have for yourselves and the community you’re growing. I am very greatful to be here.

Purpose is a driving force for me. With purpose I am very energetic, loving, focused, and people want to be/work with me in life. I am about life. When I loose touch of purpose I loose touch of myself, accountability and consistency is hard to maintain, I shrink… question myself and worth, compare and have a really hard time getting out of a numbing down headspace. Not to mention without I isolate. With I brave asking life/God, brothers for support and what I want. Purpose is life. Without it…. It is very hard to have forgiving failures. With it… I find I can stay focused. I can look at failure and life in a much more potent and positive way. I am noticing the older I get.. I’d rather suffer-thrive with purpose. Then be comfortable without. As without I find I look back and the past looks chaotic and empty. I thank God, many amazing men, my openess and adaptability for bringing me closer to my knowing of purpose. Rather then be comfortable in a purposeless life. It’s very similar to how I feel about having God in my life.
