I like business models that can run alongside a job or another main focus when approached with the right systems and patience. I have seen how different e-commerce paths, whether private label, wholesale, or even dropshipping can complement each other when the fundamentals are solid. Curious to hear from others here, are you currently focused purely on Amazon FBA, or exploring multiple e-commerce models at the same time?

@Ahmad Haider Absolutely, that makes a lot of sense. I totally agree, focus is everything, especially when balancing a 9–5 or another main business. I have seen how committing to one system first really sets the foundation before diversifying. That said, I’m curious , once you hit consistent cash flow with FBA, how do you decide which other e-commerce models to expand into? Is it based on your own experience, trends, or something else?

@Gracía López That’s such a strong point, most people underestimate how much splitting focus too early kills momentum. I have found that documenting the process not only makes scaling easier but also helps identify small tweaks that compound over time. once you have locked in one channel and the system is working, how do you prioritize which model to expand into next? Do you go by profitability, ease of scaling, or something else?
