An American customer who bought a 24x36inch print and oak frame. Got in touch about a return through the Etsy help scheme stating it just didn’t suit the wall he wanted it on. I let it go through to a case with Etsy due to the reason given and stated on the shop that I don’t accept returns due to this reason. My shop does state a 14 day return period which is why I asked him to move it forward with them. After some back and forth he had with Etsy and changing his reason to multiple different things he got his way which is fair enough! I then gave an address for the return and things went quiet. Earlier today Etsy closed the case stating it can be reopened once he provided proof of return with tracking. I then receive this photo of proof of return 😂 I mean he had won but what a way to shoot yourself in the foot. Maybe he misunderstood the closed case and didn’t care to read the Etsy last reply. But come on could of at least regifted it for Christmas 😂

Is anyone else having the same issue that Etsy doesn't seem to recognise the company being used for Canadian shipping obibox. I have tried it in the other section and copying it in but doesn't seem to accept it as a tracked order?

Can I just confirm if I add 18x12 Landscape image file it will be printed correctly although it shows as 12x18 on the portal? Thanks in advance :)
