Is anyone else having the same issue that Etsy doesn't seem to recognise the company being used for Canadian shipping obibox. I have tried it in the other section and copying it in but doesn't seem to accept it as a tracked order?

Hello my poster people, Hope we all had a lovely weekend. As most of you probably noticed, we have made 10 new sizes officially live in the PrintShrimp portal! These are: 20x30" - Common US size for movie posters 24x32" - Less common than other sizes but still used in the USA 28x40" - Big size = big money 🤑 don't be afraid to price this one high! 30x40" - Same as above and we have also introduced square prints! These are quite cool and often sell well as bundles, to create a grid style layout on someones wall. Can I just confirm if I add 18x12 Landscape image file it will be printed correctly although it shows as 12x18 on the portal? Thanks in advance :)
