ads payment
I added my client's payment method to fb biz manager, but it stops charging it after it spends like $5, and makes me manually charge the card for more money each time. Should I ask the client for a different payment method? Isn't facebook supposed to automtically just be charging the card each time or do I have to manually add $30 at the start of each day to the biz manager? Or is it just a bad credit card or something like that?

Got a budget of $30/day for my client. What does the timeline for managing ads look like and how do I spread the budget out across that time? I've been hearing things like starting off less to not get banned but then some people are saying to spend over the daily budget in the early stages to find the winners quicker. What exact numbers would I plug in? Would I start at like $20/day while doing Dynamic Creative Testing and then go over daily budget to find winners for 2-3 days and then keep the winners running while split testing diff stuff? Curious how the timeline looks too, do I iterate every 3 days or certain # of impressions, or what's the metric there?

Free trials or charge?
Thought of a plan and wondering if you guys think it would work, tbh recently I've been getting impostor syndrome on sales calls even though I have got really good results for my clients previously. So I was thinking, what if I just offered to take on 10 free trial clients for one month, get them really good results and ask for a testimonial in return. That way I get 10 testimonials and/or some of them stay as paying clients which I can use as referrals to close more clients. I feel like this would just make it a lot easier for me to sell and I can prove myself to each client before getting paid, since I know I can. Do you guys think this is a good idea? Or should I just charge them right upfront?

That's been my plan and so far it's been going good. I'm in mortgage so I also can't charge per deal cause of the sales cycle, so I'm just telling them it's a free trial & telling them the ad spend on the cold call, the ones that agree I jump on a sales call and focus a lot on the details of the system. Since it's pretty easy to sell this way, I plan on just spamming this until I get good testimonials and confidence that I actually can fulfill what I'm selling. Then I'm gonna start dropping the pay-per-deal model but paid upfront, so pay $x for certain number of deals.
Service Delivery
Might be tweaking, but are you supposed to run ads for clients on weekends? If a lead hits the CRM on the weekend and my client doesn't work weekends, then would standard procedure be to call them Monday morning?

@Thure Sander my client. the other thing is that I would just call them over the weekend myself but I'm in mortgage and I think (might just be a limiting belief) that it's important that the lead speaks to the actual mortgage broker before scheduling an in depth call.

@Uncle Jimmy Mitchell i heard something about momentum in another post. does that mean if I turn off saturday and then back on monday that the results won't be as good as when I left off?
Client Communication
Is there a template for check in emails I can send to discuss how results are going so far, all the tweaks we're making, etc.? I have an SOP for how often I should be checking in each week but I can't find the SOP I had for the scripts
