Been stuck for 3 weeks with everything dialed in. My guess is my calories have been to low so I’m increasing intake this week to see. Anyone else dealt with this?

Could be a few things, having too little calories like you mentioned could be it as your body is in "starvation self preservation mode". Also controlling stress and having good sleep are very important too. The week I didnt lose I had something stressful occur and didnt sleep well. Cortisol spikes when you're stressed and dont sleep well. The following week when I slept better and got my stress under control I lost 2lbs again.
Hello!
Im Anthony thanks for having me. I live in Brooksville FL. 46 years old For the first time in my life I stuck to New years resolution. No alcohol No fast food No fried food Since NYE I've worked out consistently in my new garage gym 4-5 days a week. Down from 230 to 165. I've been using CJC-1295/ipam no dac Ss-31 / Mots-c Glow Blood work shows TT at 290 VA won't give me Test so im doing it on my own starting last week with the help of an online mens clinic. Time to build up now. Joined this group for the shared experience, information, guidance and camaraderie.

Hi guys, my name's Mat, I'm 42 and have been overweight or obese most of my life. This year I became especially concerned while going to the doctor in January and found I was 310lbs (I knew i was fat, but didnt think that bad). Furthermore, I had some tests done and was diagnosed with level 1 Nash or Fatty Liver disease. I knew I had to do something to get my health better or soon I wont be round for my family. I started some mild exercise and limited dieting while trying to get approved for Zepbound. I lost 6 lbs in Febraury, then was approved for and started Zepbound on March 26. The food noise almost immediately disappeared, I started eating much healthier and smaller portions, began walking an average daily13,000 steps and use free weights at home. Happy to say I lost about 32lbs since March and I'm down to 272lbs, however, I want to start going to the gym to weight train as I know thats a key step in any weight loss journey. I"m looking for any tips from my fellow weight loss brothers especially in resitance training which I have no experience. Nevertheless, happy to offer my guidance & tips for the things I have experienced. Best of luck to everyone in their journeys!

Starting today
After weeks of waiting on insurance…I GOT MY ZEPBOUND TODAY!!! First injection is complete and I’m so stoked to begin this journey. Any advice or comments about how long it takes to start feeling the effects or anything I should know going in is very appreciated.

@Jacob Merrow Its definitely a weird feeling not having the food noise or craving sugar and other non-heathly foods. I'm relatively new to GLP1 myself, but one thing I learned quick was to listen to my body. I was over 300lbs at my heaviest and was definitely a member of the "clean plate club". Not anymore with GLP1 there are plenty of leftovers and honestly food in the trash. Being a guy i was always made to feel i had to finish my plate, which isnt and shouldn't be true. If your full stop eating, and there is no shame in that. Best of luck in journey.
