I am looking forward to hearing it.
I love sound healing
Hello community of five elements of sound healing. I’m super excited to be here and my name is Lindsay Wood. I am starting a Death Doula practice. So excited to learn from the master Bodhi and Chris!

Sound healing sounds perfect for this.
Sonic nourishment
I like to think of Sound like food. When I am filled up, I appreciate the silence. What kind of sounds are my favorite? What kind of sounds do I like to create in the kitchen of my Orchestra? What kind of sounds do you like? One of my favorites is the sound of a flock of geese heading north or south depending on the season.

Sounds of nature, sounds of my music, long ringing sounds.
Breath, sound, movement and meditation
With these four pillars, I keep my life in balance. Conscious breathing, creating sounds that are pleasing and nurturing, movement to keep my body flexible and alive and meditation to drop into the stillness.. I am grateful for this life. What practices do you employ that inspire you to keep going?

Reading/listening to a book, rest, gentle movement, playing music/sound (Tibetan bowls, gong, Native flute, mandolin, fiddle, harp, drum, handpan, ting-sha, etc.), Tibetan meditation, eating healthy, clean food.
