good question - it's easy for me to call out to God for the things I need help in, but maybe its more important to surrender the things I find easy for me to control because I can easily leave God out of these things.

"Fear is an emotion. Courage is a decision." I recently saw this at the Great American State Fair and had to take a picture. It was part of the National Medal of Honor Museum display. I thought about this in health and wellness concepts of course.
