Harrisburg PA: Option Contract Signed
This is an incentive for anyone to match up with me and find a buyer……we can split 50/50……let me know? You have 5 business days, not including weekends. This particular person found me through social media presence and wanted to send me a free lead that they wish to get rid of and at first hesitate until I made it clear that the contract is just for “property review” purposes and that they can still offers from other people. Non-binding and expires after 5 business days. Now that’s it’s signed time to look for my rental buyer in Harrisburg PA that would pick this up for a $5000-$10K assignment.

I just got access to a private MLS listing services for properties we get under contract to help with expediting buyers interests……and the bonus is they even produce me with 30 buyer leads every month so we have fresh investors on stand by ready to buy. This will connect us to all social media platforms like ✅-Facebook Ads ✅-TikTok Ads ✅-What’s App Connections ✅-Reddit Ads This platform will showcase our properties to get buyer interest and give me my own dashboard access to track analytics and overall conversation rates.
