🔥 Struggling with Consistency? Let’s Change That in 7 Days! 🔥
I’m kicking off a 7-day Consistency Challenge that’s all about building small, lasting habits — no pressure, no perfection, just progress. Here’s how it works: - Each day, you’ll check in with your progress. - Simple daily tasks (think quizzes, workouts, and more) that help you stay on track. - You’ll get support from a community that’s just as committed to getting stronger as you are. Why join? Because you deserve to show up for yourself every day, and this challenge is the perfect place to start building that routine. We’re keeping it real, simple, and fun. Ready to join? Drop a comment below or shoot me a message to sign up. At the end of the challenge, I’ll be rewarding those who show up consistently with special shout-outs and prizes! 🏆

I’m in! Started yesterday with committing to 30 min/day for 100 days.
WELCOME NEW MEMBERS - Please say hi here!
In addition to messaging here, I open Zoom for a community call on Mondays at 12:00 EST. If you are interested and that is a terrible time, let me know.

DAY 1 - Consistency Challenge

I started a 100 day challenge yesterday to get 30 min of any kind of movement in every day. Consistency is my most difficult challenge. I get caught up in the perfect routine and fall off when I can’t meet that goal. So right now I just want to make sure I’m setting aside 30 min everyday, even if I have to split into 2-15min sessions.
Happy New Year

My #1 goal is to create a consistent practice of strengthening my body, increasing my VO2, and improving mobility. I’m trying to remember to start slow and just practice the consistent daily movement more than focusing on the perfect routine.
