@Carla Bosteder I appreciate you so. this is jut the kind of thing I need to play with. I've tried all the other things, but it has to be that i'm putting in the wrong context. Something is just not clicking quite right yet. So this is a tool i can play with and I'm sure I''ll get more clarity from it. I appreciate you so.

I love it so much. I had gaps despite having gone through so many lessons. I was so frustrated bc I couldn’t figure out what I was missing or how to articulate it. The new Agent fixed me right up. I’m so grateful to be back to action: as I was previously not making progress bc I couldn’t figure out what I was missing.

@Alexandre Azzi yes. It will. Jake’s genius at work. It makes the learning so much more self-navigatable. Which is great. Bc I’m hard headed and only like to do things my own way. Hahahaha. So this little “agent” really helps.

@Don Roy This is an AMAZING response. I am so incredibly grateful for your thoroughness and detail. It is exactly what I needed. I will report back fully once I dig in to all the pieces you named, but I think you already nailed it. I can say, without even digging in, that over the course of 3 weeks, I probably created no more than 5-7 threads of chat&build in codex. And built and tested and rebuilt many workspaces. Sooooooooooo, I think your conclusion about me having long sessions with way too much context usage would be 1000% on point. I definitely thought this worked differently if I was using Jake's routing system -- I was thinking that it wouldn't have to pull all that context from the thread, bc the context would live in the routing system, but now I can see that I used a blanket assumption as a newbie before deeply understanding -- and there are in fact many nuances under the blanket. I feel a little silly for misunderstanding that now, but I guess this is how we learn!

@Don Roy I just wanted to update you that I dissappeared after this happened and just came back to try again. I just had a session with the new Clief Notes AI Agent and I found what I was doing "wrong." I was not keeping my ICM folder structure tidy, and assuming when I asked CODEX to do it - that it was. I really didn't' understand the structure deeply enough and was being dependent on Codex to do the understanding for me. Basically, codex was not setting it up so that my drafts, iterations, etc were being archived and moved to a non-active folder. It was keeping all my iterations in an active folder. And was thus going through those iterations each time I would ask a question. This is why it was taking so long and using so many tokens. I had not trained myself to check the work and make sure it was doing it right!!!! I NOW understand that, until I am positive that it's working exactly as I assume, I need to check my ICM structure after each session, which means I need to actively develop the habit or ENDING a session - instead of letting things go on and on amorphously. This is a HUGE realization. I was literally giving codex the ICM architect and telling it to make everything accroding to the ICM architect and update everything according to it and never really checking if that was happening. Sometimes I would notice that Codex was, for instance, running through its default "sites" builder when I would build mini-websites - even though I had a whole ICM structure built for making mini-websites and would tell it to go there multiple times. I just wasn't checking what it was doing from end to end. I was leaving too much to a reasoning model without understanding what it might do if my directions were a little leaky. Hope this makes sense. Appreciate you so. So very grateful for you stepping in in this moment of utter frustration from last month. I'm off to cancel Codex/ ChatGPT and gonna just try to use claude and follow the directions here more specifically for a while (instead of so loosely), and then build from there! I think I lost a lot of traction in just trying to translate Jake's work for ChatGPT (and it obviously cost me way more money!).

@Jake Van Clief THANK YOU. I have been in and out of this group for months. I want to understand everything, but I keep hitting roadblocks that I can't figure out. I keep leaving and coming back. The new CN Agent just scooped me up and put me in the right direction in moments, and filled in the small gaps I was missing that were causing BIG CASCADING issues in my understanding. I just upgraded to premium bc now I think I can handle the next level of information!!!!! So grateful for this tool. so, so grateful.
