I'm @ Lake of the Ozarks, aka The Mid-West Coast. With 1,150 Miles of shoreline, our market is primarily second homes and condos. Open houses are good to get in front of buyers and sellers, but unfortunately once cold weather hits, we don't get many people, if any at an open house.
