Your WINS of the day
This is one of the tools that have such an amazing effect on people's lives. To write down your wins of the day. To celebrate your valued actions, because it shows your brain what you care about, and that you celebrate that instead of trying to fix emotions and thoughts. Every day we're going to write down our three wins of the day. You can add pictures of the things. If you went to the gym, did a meditation, hung out with your friends, or worked on your business. Any win counts. Big or small. This is the first Wins of the Day post. Comment your three wins underneath.

Went to mall to get my daughter new clothes for school. 3.Completed my 500skips and exercise for the day. 4.Applied to a new school to teach at. 5.Listened to a great podcast about recovery being the ability to keep moving through life while feeling anxious. 🌱 See How Far You've Come (Audacity Progress Log)
This is your personal progress thread. One comment below is yours. You keep it forever, and you add to it every time you move forward. This is one of the most impactful posts in the community. Here's why: 🧠 Your brain turns success into normal. What was impossible six weeks ago becomes "just how things are," and then it tells you you're still stuck. ✍️ So you write it down here, where your brain can't reach it. When you feel like you're getting nowhere, you look back and see how far you came. 🌟 And you show the newer members what's possible, so they know they can do it too. ⭐ HOW IT WORKS 1️⃣ Post your Day One as a comment below. Write what you're working through, how long you've had it, and what you want to be doing. 2️⃣ Every time you move forward, add the win to that same comment. Edit your Day One comment and write your new achievement at the top, with the date. Write as much as you want. 3️⃣ Then reply to your own comment so everyone gets notified. You don't have to think about it. Just reply with something like: "New win! I signed up for the big gym today." Here's what it looks like: Day One, March 3, 2026. I've had health anxiety for six years. It got so bad I stopped going to the gym because my heart rate scared me, and I've cancelled on my friends so many times they stopped asking. I feel like I've been watching my life from the outside. I want to get back to the gym, say yes to my friends again, and feel like myself. Then as you move forward, you add each win to the top of that same comment: ✅ April 14, 2026. After hearing Star saying that me going to the Gym is taking care of me tomorrow man/woman and helps me train emotional fitness I finally signed up for the big gym, the one I'd avoided for two years. My heart was pounding the whole way in, but I did my full session and felt proud after. I never thought I'd be that person again. ✅ March 20, 2026. I went to my friend's birthday. The anxiety came with me the whole night, but I stayed, I laughed, and it didn't stop me. First party in over a year.

My Day one: January 2016 I was 34 weeks pregnant with my first child. I was having no problems or issues and was so happy yet nervous to be having a child. Despite that, I lived every day like it was nothing to it. Until a night my husband and I went to the movies to see The Wolf of Wall Street. I remember not feeling myself and like something changed in my brain. I didn’t give much thought, since I thought I was tired. We went to the movies and a very large lady sat right beside me. I remember I couldn’t get comfortable because the baby was heavy and sitting on me in an awkward position. I tried to move but couldn’t because the end of my jacket was stuck under the large lady. I panicked. I felt this surge of sheer panic run through my entire body because I felt I couldn’t breathe. I told my husband we had to go. I was shaking. We got into the hall and I felt the world was closing in on me. I was literally pushing the baby trying to get her out. I had never experienced a panic attack prior, so I had no idea what was going on. I felt claustrophobic in my own body. From there, I was terrified about having the baby and so many other things. July 2026 After many years of awful panic, intrusive thoughts and so tired of dealing with it, I joined this group! Since joining, I can honestly say I understand why panic is a cycle. Like Star says, the more you react, the more brick you lay. Past Marlee ran a lot. I laid many bricks over the years and have made life hard for me. But! Good news, I am learning to sit with the uncomfortable feeling, trying to stay outside my brain and remember this is MY LIFE! I have sat through uncomfortable situations by staying focused and looking outwards! Thinking of my Tomorrow Marlee and knowing how thankful she is for her past Marlee working hard for her every day! 🩷 I want to travel! It is a value of mine! I have stopped doing fun things. Getting on a plane is very intimidating but I am thinking and feeling more confident to book a flight and go away for 4 days!

@Caitlin Fleming we are like soul sisters in our experience!! I am so blessed to have met you and feel comfort in how you know the “feeling” yet, you chose to walk through the uncomfortableness to change! I love the pictures you shared! So incredible you are living!!! 🩷 you are proving past Caitlin how capable you are and can do hard things! Amazing!!
Daily Reminder
Sharing something that helps me daily. Star used to say, “Be your own best friend and coach yourself.” Moment to moment, ask yourself questions to remind yourself to stay on the path: ● Am I inside my head or outside my head? ● Am I being reactive to feelings and thoughts or proactive on valued actions? ● How do I want to spend my time? (Literally in the present moment to stop myself getting sucked into my head.) ● What do I want to grow? I find reminding myself of these can sometimes redirect me if I have fallen off the path into my own head. The power of good questions to redirect focus. Please drop below anymore questions you guys ask yourselves, to keep yourself on the path! 🌈

@Ghazaal Monir I love this! I screen shot it and will use it! I hope that is alright. Thank you for sharing! @Andrew Tooze Thank you for your post. The last we spoke, I was seriously contemplating exiting this group due to reading someone's post that really got into my head. It had something to do with air hunger. It scared me. But, since then, I have kept myself in the community because I see how much value it has to offer! It is so nice and rewarding to connect with others who understand the struggles I experience. All while, also wanting to change and take charge of their lives. So, thank you both! So helpful!
Falling off the path
This morning I woke up very emotional & sad. Needing to cry and my brain saying I can’t make it through the day and I need to stay home. I asked myself what would the person I’m becoming do? If none of this was here what would I do? I’d go to work. And it’s okay if it’s not a good day. If I’m sad and a little bit messy. I am going to move moment to moment and one small valued action at a time. I just want everyone to know that some days for no reason at all are heavier than others and even though the brain wants to tell us it’s failing, we can still make the day a success by choosing to show up anyway ❤️ Going to get myself a coffee on the way to work as an act of love to myself. PS. My dog sitting next to me on the couch being my little supporter as I type this.

Tell me what you want
I want to build this platform around you. I’m going to be creating a lot of resources in here. Real tools and step by step guides that actually help you with what you’re going through. But I don’t want to guess what you need. I want to build the exact thing that moves your life forward. So I’m asking you directly. What are you struggling with right now? What is the problem you actually want to solve? And where do you want to get to? What does your life look like once this is handled? Be as specific as you possibly can. The more real and detailed you are, the better I can build something that truly helps. The small stuff matters, so don’t leave it out. Drop it in the comments below. I’m reading every single one, and I’m building from what you tell me.

@Francesca Rose I hear you very much!! Travelling away from home is something I struggle with too. Good for you to do exposure and travel 5hours. I am also wanting to go on an airplane again. I want to live my life and enjoy all the beauty the world offers which is why I am so set on working through my relationship with panic. Please know you are not alone…I am here rooting for you. I empathize and know exactly how you feel. It is scary. Let’s keep trying to work through this and get to the other side! 🩷

@Daniel Vonk can I ask what values? Do you mean, the value of the experience you get from travelling?
