Power app development using GitHub and environments
Wondering if anyone has attempted to create a traditional dev/stage/prod workflow using GitHub/Actions and Power App solutions? The goal is to develop in one environment and then promote to the other environments as new features get developed/tested.

i am not opposed to the process you describe, but would like GitHub in the prrocess. I am completely open to suggestions. Maybe I missed something important along the way.

Thank you. You more succinctly captured the steps. The association with the connection seems to be getting removed. Have a case open with Microsoft.

I sat in a room with a bunch of other techies at a financial services company just waiting to see what would fail. Then the testing began… the world somehow did not end. );

I had forgotten about the bios updates and the fun with various appliances. What a wonderful world we live in with cloud environments.
App.OnStart Seems to Be Going Away!
➡️ I've had a sneaking suspicion that App.OnStart is slated to eventually go away. Look at this setting here. Look at this blog here: App.StartScreen: a new declarative alternative to Navigate in App.OnStart | Microsoft Power Apps Related post here: Power Fx: Introducing Named Formulas | Microsoft Power Apps What are your thoughts on this @Matthew Devaney & @Andrew Hess 😮😭🤞

@Darren Neese what affect do you think this have on your template in the long run?

@Darren Neese Good to know. Is it a matter of converting to app.startscreen to hold the global variables for theme and navigation ? Trying to translate as I listen to some of your videos. Eg. Your crash course 09 on appstart
Power CAT - Customer Advisory Team
Was wondering about people’s experiences for CAT. One of the things that looked interesting was Fluid Ui controls. https://microsoft.github.io/powercat/
