Bio: Started Keto in april 2020 after watching Dr Boz videos and reading her 1st book. Lost 30 lbs. regained it back after 2 years.

Bio: Hi- Relocated to Cape Elizabeth, Maine from Los Altos, CA. Dropped down to 128 from about 160 (stress-death of husband) but addicted to sugar/carbs.

Bio: Parent to two young ladies, working in the IT industry, transplant of 30yrs in Raleigh, NC.

Bio: I am a Registered Nurse as well as an attorney. I love the keto diet and Dr. Boz. It's changed my life!

Bio: 62 years old and overweight most of my life. I took the 21-day course last year in Sept 2023, learned a lot but my head wasn't in the right place.
